Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley 811094-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cgi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apex-Dynamics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Motion such as the HT17075DWAA17PL016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17PL0160HT17154E2500197IH manufactured by Cgi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cgi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AD047005P2 by Manufacturer Apex-Dynamics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Apelco-Carel Brand AP0767B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anton-Paar such as MPDS2000V2 equipment made by Anton-Paar have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XVC56T17D5540B by Armstrong and MPDS2000V2 spares by Anton-Paar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C144E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Armstrong.
